Vison OPC & DDE Server is a Microsoft Windows application program that acts as a communication protocol Server and allows other Windows application programs to access the data from Unitronics controllers using the serial and Ethernet communications, by using Unitronics PCOM and Modbus protocols. The Ethernet connection needs Vision controller supporting Ethernet or serial/Ethernet converter or gateway or 3G/GPRS modem can be used at controller side to enable conversion from/to serial and Ethernet interfaces.
